We get it, you don't have much time for yourself; you're stressed about work, family, and not having enough time to do either let along both; and you aren't in the shape you want (or actually need) to be in to operate at 100% so you really aren't living your life, you're just existing.
We’ve made it our mission to understand the specific needs of those with stressful lives like you. We know you don't like asking, but do you need some help?
We have developed a 5 week program called the Pyramid Project to help make the changes you know you NEED, but constantly neglect. Do any of these describe you?
- Your family life is pretty stressful which limits time spent alone doing much for yourself;
- You used to play a bit of sport and were active, but since the family grew, you have found it hard to get motivated ;
- You have some niggles and maybe a stiff back which can make it hard to do a lot of the things you enjoy; or
- You need to lose a bit of weight but you mostly just want to feel and look a bit better, be a good role model for your kids and not turn out like your immobile aging parents.
We are looking for 10 women like you committed to:
- Training a minimum 3 times per week,
- Start developing a healthier mind and body
- Whilst shedding 3-5kg of fat in 5 weeks;
- and in time give you back the endurance, strength, flexibility and physique you had in your 20’s … most likely we will make you even better!
You hate complicated systems that don’t integrate into your family life and the last thing you want is to completely give up the things you love. That’s why we have kept things simple just for you.
