Are you serious about taking your performance and athletic development to the next level? Well you have taken the first step to doing that. Unfortunately, that's the easy bit. 

We have developed a 12 week strength and conditioning program specifically for field sport athletes such as soccer and hockey. Our goal is to first determine your goals, needs and any limitations before getting started so we can deliver the most effective program for you.

SO WHAT DO YOU GET EXACTLY?

This is a comprehensive program which requires your total commitment. I'm not interested in working with anyone who is half-assed. If you're happy being mediocre, this isn't the program for you. 

  • 3 x 1.5hr sessions/week including gym, speed, conditioning, mobility & yoga sessions all together to create an awesome training experience (that's a minimum of 45 hrs of training).
  • Access to Cornerstone gym facilities for additional training
  • Movement screening & assessment by a physio to identify mobility restrictions or injuries
  • Baseline fitness, strength and body composition testing
  • Individualised programming within the group based on your movement screening and baseline testing
  • FREE 60 min Physio treatment (or 2x 30min) which can include physio, massage, dry needling etc, as well as weekly use of the Normatec recovery pants which are a fantastic tool to aid recovery and are used by top level athletes.
  • Nutrition manual outlining how, what and when to eat like an athlete to maximise the work we do in the gym as well as when you get to pre-season and during the season.
  • Merchandise & Supplements. We have you covered with an awesome member pack including singlet, supplements and a few other goodies.
  • Private Facebook group and weekly emails to keep us on track and accountable
  • End of program event. Once its all done, we will make sure we get together and enjoy the fruits of our labor.

Physio screening - Friday 9th Sept - 6:30pm

Start date - Monday 26th September - First session

Program finish - Saturday 17th December

IF YOU CAN'T MAKE EVERY SESSION, THAT'S FINE. 4 OF 5 OUT OF 6 SESSIONS IS BETTER THAN 0 AND YOU WILL STILL GET MOST OF THE BENEFITS.

Time & Location

Sessions will run on:

Mondays - 6:45 pm

Wednesdays - 6:45 pm

Saturdays - 7 am

Locations will vary, but generally based at Cornerstone S&C in Adamstown
