We simply want to encourage you to remove toxins and inflammatory foods that probably aren't serving you very well and replacing them with delicious, nourishing foods that will help you live and perform optimally.
Do I have to train every day?
Movement is a key that unlocks the door to a long and prosperous life. We encourage everyone to move as much and as often as they can. This can be incidental movement such as climbing the stairs, adding in some stretches while you are at work, or running around with your kids. We love seeing you all in the gym training hard as often that's where fast progress can be made, but we also love seeing you out and about having fun with movement, because that's where a long healthy life is sustained.
Do i have to cut out everything at once and wont be able to be implemented into my normal life?
We encourage you to go at your own pace, but have outlined a very achievable way to transition over the 6-weeks. The goal here is to create sustainable habits, not go completely cold turkey. We keep things very simple and could be as simple as cutting out processed sugar for 2 weeks. This process will help you gain awareness on what GREAT FEELS LIKE, so that you have something to compare against.
I'M REALLY BUSY AND HAVE MANY MOUTHS TO FEED, DO I HAVE TO SPEND HOURS IN THE KITCHEN PREPARING MULTIPLE MEALS?
